John J. Donohue III

Dr. Donohue, a Professor of Law at Yale Law School, has consulted and testified in a broad range of areas from antitrust and contract matters to civil rights violations and tort issues. Prior to Yale, he was a professor of law at Stanford Law School from 1995 -2004, where he was a William H. Neukom Professor of Law and a John A. Wilson Distinguished Faculty Scholar. He is the author of numerous articles and papers in a variety of topics including corporate finance, employment discrimination, and law and economics, as well as the author of the most recent book, Foundations of Employment Discrimination Law. In addition, he has presented his research at conferences around the world. Dr. Donohue is on the editorial board of many established law and economic journals including Journal of Empirical Legal Studies, International Review of Law and Economics, Law and Social Inquiry, and American Law and Economic Review.

Michael D. Intriligator

Dr. Intriligator, a renowned econometrician and statistician, is a leading authority on the application of sampling techniques in a variety of situations that arise in litigation. He has served as an expert witness in various courts and hearings and has testified in many cases involving statistical sampling and extrapolation issues under Medicare and Medicaid. Dr. Intriligator is Professor of Economics, Political Science, and Policy Studies at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he is also Co-director of the Jacob Marschak Interdisciplinary Colloquium on Mathematics in the Behavioral Sciences. In addition, he is a Senior Fellow at the Milken Institute and a Fellow of both the Econometric Society and the American Association for the Advancement of Science. Dr. Intriligator authored several prominent textbooks in econometrics and over 200 journal articles and other publications in the areas of economic theory and mathematical economics, econometrics, health economics, reform of the Russian economy, and strategy and arms control. A frequent speaker, he has presented his research at economic conferences throughout the world.

Nicole A. Liska

Ms. Liska specializes in applied microeconomic theory, and econometric and statistical modeling. She has experience with a diversity of cases including: accounting malpractice and securities cases involving company, asset, and security valuation, antitrust cases involving price discrimination, monopolization, price fixing, and other claims, intellectual property including lost profits and reasonable-royalty analyses, breach of contract cases involving company and asset valuation, and employment discrimination cases. These matters included drafting reports, testimony, and affidavits in cases involving economic damages, intellectual property, and breach of contract. She has provided economic and financial analyses on these matters by combining economic theory with sophisticated econometric and statistical techniques.

Charles Doering

Mr. Doering is an economist with over 20 years of government and private consulting experience. He is experienced in expert testimony in civil litigation, regulatory analysis, business valuation, and a broad range of economic research and analysis.

John M. Quigley

Dr. Quigley has considerable consulting and testimonial experience in applying economic cost/benefit analyses and econometric and statistical techniques to his areas of expertise. He is the I. Donald Terner Distinguished Professor, and Professor of Economics, at the University of California, Berkeley. He also holds appointments in the Goldman School of Public Policy and Haas School of Business as well as directs the Berkeley Program on Housing and Urban Policy. Dr. Quigley is on numerous editorial boards of eminent journals including, Journal of Housing Economics, Journal of Real Estate Finance and Economics, and Review of Urban Regional Development Studies. He is the author of several widely used textbooks in urban and labor economics, and public finance, as well as abundant articles and papers in his fields of interest.

Victor C. Tabbush

Dr. Tabbush has expertise in health economics and, more broadly, in investments in human capital and in labor economics. He has considerable practical (and testimonial) experience both in the areas of health care economics and management, being the co-founder of the UCLA Health Services Management Center and the director of several executive education programs for health care providers, as well as in the area of compensation and labor economics, having served as the Chairman of the Official Salaries Authority of the City of Los Angeles, as a Civil Service Commissioner for the City of Los Angeles, and as a Commissioner for the State of California on Worker's Compensation. He serves as a consultant to pharmaceutical companies in the areas of cost-effectiveness, wrongful death, and pricing. He is currently Associate Dean at the UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management where he also teaches courses in economic theory. He also is a Faculty Director of the UCLA MD-MBA Program. He holds a Ph.D. in economics from UCLA.
